Our neighbors raised a flock of Bourbon Reds this year and it was a delight to watch the process over the fence! These creatures are the funniest sounding things. Every time
I would slide the heavy barn door open, this Tom would gobble to the supposed "challenge".
In fact, any loud noise would have him puffed up and gobbling!
We are going to spend Tuesday cleaning, Wednesday cooking and Thursday eating.
